Chennai based A. Prathap, Special Photographer with The Times of India handed over a copy of the book “Quintessential Sutra” to The Honourable Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, Thiru M.K.Stalin at Secretariat in Chennai on Tuesday 19th of April 2022.

The book documents the multi-racial talents groomed by Ramli and captures the triumphal moments of his national and international tours spanning more than 120 cities all over the world, over the last 35 year. The images are testament of the artistsโ passion to fulfill their artistic destiny and, simultaneously, sending a relevant message of the liberal arts policy of 1Malaysia.
