HE Mr Ary Norton de Murat Quintella (Ambassador of Brazil to Malaysia) recently officiated โNeo-Urban Avatar: A Mythopeosis of Contemporary Timesโ, an exhibition of paintings by Birendra Pani, New Delhi-based Odia visual artist on the 26th of July at Sutra Gallery!
Internationally recognised, artist Birendra Pani has taken his figurative composition into the realm of post-modernism of Indian contemporary visual art. Birendra engages his viewers to reflect and expand their understanding of traditional concepts and archetypes to re-contextualise their meanings to contemporary times.
