This 31 October, Seremban comes alive with the extraordinary meeting of Malaysiaโs diverse dance traditions.
GENGGAMANย brings together Sutra Foundation, Dua Space Dance Theatre and DiDance โ three of Malaysiaโs leading dance companies โ in an ambitious collaboration that celebrates not what separates us, but what connects us.
From tradition to contemporary expression, from the rhythms of our communities to the energy of today, GENGGAMAN brings together some of Malaysiaโs finest dancers in a vibrant tapestry of movement, music and cultural memory.
Jointly choreographed by Datuk Ramli Ibrahim, Anthony Meh, Aman Yap and Zaridah Abdul Mallik, the production honours the distinct character and authenticity of each dance tradition while discovering new possibilities when they encounter one another.
Different cultures. Different voices. Different movements.
Yet together, they become one powerful expression of Malaysia.
