Apurva Sanghi, a star mentalist, delivered a mind boggling and delightfully stimulating evening of sheer mentalist-mind-magic in his two sold-out performances on the 4th & 5th July, 2026 at BoBo, Bangsar.
Apurva rose to occasion, teasing and exposing ‘things’ from an amazed audience at BoBo, eventually eliciting applause and waves of delight with his mind-play antics as the audience limboed in suspended disbelief.
How did he just solved the impossible task of reading the minds of his chosen ‘victims’? Apurva truly pricked the minds of the audience that some were even heard remarking to his wife when they left the joint how she could ever live peacefully with him, knowing very well that he may know just about everything she might be thinking about him?
Apurva, who has an interest in world economics, was more than just a master of probability but a dangerous mind-reader able to predict the outcome of future decisions, besides guessing what was kept hidden from view.
The intimate setting of BoBo was perfect for Apurva’s mentalist act. The close proximity with his audience and with his easy demeanour & witty delivery, Apurva was able to coax his audience into participation. Clearly they were ‘with him’ in every steps and instructions he meted out.
BoBo, used to singers, jazz and stand-up comedy had never presented something like this before!
Happily, Apurva was eventually persuaded to stage once again, by popular demand, his mentalist act on the 15 August (Sat).
